May Estella Foley, of St. Johns, Michigan, earned her B.S. degree in Home Economics from Michigan Agricultural College in 1918, and her M.A. degree from Columbia University in 1922. While at M.A.C., she was a member of Omicron Nu, a home economics honorary. She later became a State Nutrition Specialist with Massachussetts Agricultural College in Amherst.

Scope and Contents note

Mae Foley's papers consist of one letter from Michigan Agricultural College Professor of Economics, Wilbur Olin Hedrick (M.A.C. class of 1891) to Foley, dated April 9, 1919. The letter urges her to become Alumni Secretary.
