Scope and Contents note

Two mimeographed reports relating to public welfare organizations submitted to the Welfare and Relief Commission for its information and consideration.

The first dated November 20, 1936, is a preliminary summary report presenting major findings and recommendations for state public welfare organization. The second, dated January 8, 1937, is a first draft of ten proposed bills relating to public welfare organization and services.
